• We can accept most all file formats except Publisher. We prefer “Press Quality” pdf files.
• If sending Corel or Illustrator files please convert all fonts to outline or curves.
• We accept Zip 100, CD or floppy Mac or PC formatted. Please indicate file name for output.
• Please include all linked graphics and Type fonts or convert all fonts to outlines (preferred). Don’t embed graphics, please link. Do not use artwork/logos from a website (72 dpi resolution is too low for printing - we require at least 300 dpi)
• Please compress using Stuffit or WinZip before E-mailing.
• Please send a printed copy of your submission so we verify file and can match fonts if necessary.
• Do not send the only digital file you have - duplicate it - we cannot be held responsible for damage.
• WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY PUBLISHER FILES

• Art that is whole & printed on photographic paper, such as veloxes, contacts & photomechanical transfers (PMTs). This art MUST have clear, unbroken type & must fit the parameters described on the reverse side.
• Artwork MUST be a minimum of 600 dpi (LazerJet quality)
• Logos MUST be provided as black on white artwork. Send any logos & examples of typestyles (i.e.: business cards, etc. - we will match as closely as possible) which may be identifiable with your company.
• Any advertiser requiring a photo MUST provide a glossy black & white or color photograph with their submission (all photos will be returned after printing).

• We PREFER NOT TO scan preprinted photographs or ads, such as yellow page ads, newspapers, magazines, thermographed business cards, etc.
• We CANNOT scan faxed logos/artwork or any artwork produced with a screen.
• We CANNOT reproduce any artwork that has a screen and has been output on an inkjet printer.
• Artwork/logos that are printed in full color (i.e.: business cards, etc.) or printed in colors that do not reproduce, such as yellow, light blue or colors printed on any colored background (i.e.: colored stationery).
• We CANNOT scan any logo/artwork that is embossed or printed in metallic inks or foil stamped (i.e.: gold, silver, etc.).
